摘要:
目的检测Spindlin1在不同级别宫颈病变组织中的表达；分析Spindlin1的表达与不同级别宫颈病变及宫颈鳞状细胞癌（cervical squamous cell carcinoma，SCC）临床病理指标的关系,探讨其在SCC发生发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测105例不同级别宫颈病变组织中Spindlin1的表达。结果Spindlin1表达于细胞核，在正常宫颈鳞状上皮表达为133 %，宫颈上皮内瘤变（cervical intraepithelial neoplasias，CIN)I级表达为46
