摘要:
目的研究4种临床方法用于促宫颈成熟的实用性和安全性。方法选取2016年于崇州市妇幼保健院产科确诊为宫颈不成熟的足月产妇100例,用电脑软件随机分为4组,每组25例,分别采用宫颈扩张水囊、缩宫素、地诺前列酮栓、米索前列醇4种不同方法处置,待宫颈成熟时进行引产。比较4组产妇在处置前和处置后1 d的Bishop得分情况、引产耗时、分娩情况及产后母婴情况。结果在Bishop得分方面,处置后得分宫颈扩张水囊组高于其他3组(P<005),地诺前列酮栓组和米索前列醇组高于缩宫素组(P<005)。处置至临产耗时地诺前
