摘要:
目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome, PCOS)患者核糖体蛋白基因S 26(ribosomal protein gene S 26,RPS 26)不同基因型的内分泌激素指标之间是否存在相关性。方法选取2015年7月至2016年3月在深圳市龙华区人民医院就诊的PCOS患者100例,进行基因测序RPS 26的rs 56696262基因型,对比不同基因型的年龄、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、抗苗勒氏管激素(anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、催乳素(prolactin,PRL)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、睾酮(testosterone,T)、性激素结合球蛋白(sex hormone-binding globulin,SHBG) 、游离雄激素指标(free androgen index, FAI),再将rs 56696262位点的3种基因型与以上指标进行相关性分析。结果rs 56696262位点共有3种基因型,A/A(4/100),A/T(31/100),T/T(65/100),因为A/A的病例数太少,无法进行数据分析。对A/T和T/T两组病例的研究中得出BMI、T和FAI差异有统计学意义(P<005),存在相关性;但年龄、AMH、FSH、LH、PRL、E2、SHBG比较差异无统计学意义(P>005),不存在相关性。结论本研究未发现rs 56696262位点的A/T和T/T基因型与年龄、AMH、FSH、LH、PRL、E2、SHBG存在明显相关性,而A/T组和T/T组的BMI、T、FAI与rs 56696262位点存在相关性。
