摘要:
目的调查四川省宜宾县医护人员对移动学习方式推广产房适宜技术的需求情况,为移动学习模式的构建提供参考。方法采用自制调查问卷,于2016年11月对宜宾县产科医护人员271人进行移动学习方式和产房适宜技术的需求调查。结果共发放问卷271份,回收271份, 有效问卷271份,有效率100 %,其中727 %需要移动学习,583 %有过移动学习的经历;在产房适宜技术需求中,接生技巧需求最高,其次为新生儿复苏流程。结论基层产科医护工作者移动学习终端普遍,对适宜技术及移动学习需求较大,以移动学习方式对基层医护工作者进行培训具有可行性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the demand of medical staff in Yibin,Sichuan Province for study appropriate technology by mobile learning and to provide reference for the construction of mobile learning model. MethodsUsing self-made questionnaire, 271 health care personnel in Obstetrics Department was surveyed for mobile learning and delivery room appropriate technology needs in November 2016 in Yibin. ResultsA total of 271 questionnaires were distributed, 271 were recovered, 271 valid questionnaires, 100% effective, Of which 72.7% needed mobile learning, 58.3% had the experience of mobile learning; Of the appropriate technical needs in the delivery room, delivery skills were of the highest demand, followed by the newborn recovery process.ConclusionPrimary obstetric health care workers use mobile learning terminals generally and the demand for appropriate technology and mobile learning is great,thus it is feasible to train primary health care workers by mobile learning.
