摘要:
目的探讨子宫内膜癌患者辅助化疗期间认知心理治疗对心理状态及疼痛的影响。方法选择2016年9月至2017年6月在天门市第一人民医院治疗的子宫内膜癌Ⅱ期患者80例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组均给予辅助化疗（TC方案），对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理基础上联合认知心理治疗，治疗前后对所有患者采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression，HRSD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA）
