摘要:
目的分析血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、血管生成素- 2(Angiopoietin – 2,Ang-2)及巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MMIF)在子宫内膜异位症患者血清中的表达水平及在疾病发生发展中的意义。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2017年6月海安医院收治的患者临床资料, 子宫内膜异位症患者84例为A组,良性卵巢肿瘤患者78例为B组,各项检测指标均正常的体检合格者60例为对照组。检测MMIF、Ang-2、VEGF指标,比较3组VEGF、Ang-2及MMIF的表达水平,分析3者在子宫内膜异位症疾病进展中的作用。结果A组VEGF、Ang-2及MMIF的表达水平较B组、对照组均升高,且B组高于对照组(P<005)。VEGF、Ang-2及MMIF在A组按R-AFS分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者中的表达水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期者;VEGF、Ang-2及MMIF在A组痛经评分为2~3分患者中的表达水平高于0~1分者(P均<005)。结论VEGF、Ang-2及MMIF可能参与子宫内膜异位症的病理生理过程,且与R-AFS分期、痛经评分存在显著关系,可为临床诊断与靶向治疗提供重要的参考依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),Angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) and macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MMIF) in patients with endometriosis and the significance in the development of the disease. Methods84 cases of endometriosis in the Affiliated Haian Hospital of Nantong University from January 2014 to June 2017 were selected as group A, 78 cases of benign ovarian tumor with eutopic endometrium as group B, and 60 cases of physical examination qualified women as the control group. The expression levels of VEGF, Ang-2 and MMIF in the three groups were compared, and the correlation between the three factors and the progression of endometriosis was analyzed. ResultsThe expression levels of VEGF, Ang-2 and MMIF in the group A were significantly higher than those in group B and control group; the expression levels of three factors in group B were significantly higher than those in the control group, which showed that there were significant difference of expression levels among the three groups(P<005). The expression levels of VEGF, Ang-2 and MMIF in patients with stage III~IV for the American Association of Reproductive staging criteria (R-AFS) in group A were significantly higher than those in patients with stage for I~II; the expression levels of VEGF, Ang-2 and MMIF in patients with 2~3 scores for dysmenorrhea scores in group A were significantly higher than those in patients with 0~1 score (P<005). ConclusionThe VEGF, Ang-2 and MMIF may be involved in the pathophysiological process of endometriosis, and there are significant correlation between the three factors and R-AFS stages, dysmenorrhea score, which can provide important theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and targeted therapy.
