摘要:
目的探讨产后盆底功能障碍行电刺激生物反馈、阴道锥联合盆底肌锻炼治疗的临床效果。 方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月于惠州市第六人民医院进行治疗的盆底功能障碍性疾病患者110例，依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各55例。对照组行盆底肌肉锻炼联合阴道锥训练治疗方案，观察组在对照组基础上联合电刺激生物反馈治疗方案。比较两组患者临床症状、盆底肌纤维肌力以及盆底肌纤维平均电位变化。 结果治疗前对两组患者进行盆底功能障碍问卷（pelvic floor distress inventory-short form
