摘要:
目的探讨PHENIX 8仿生物电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效。方法选择2015年6月至2017年10月在青岛市市立医院接受治疗的薄型子宫内膜患者93例,根据患者意愿分别给予雌孕激素序贯治疗 (雌激素组,30例),PHENIX 8仿生物电刺激治疗(电刺激组,28例),小剂量雌孕激素序贯联合PHENIX 8仿生物电刺激治疗(联合组,35例)。治疗3个月经周期后,比较3组患者治疗前后促黄体生成素峰值日子宫内膜类型、厚度、子宫内膜下动脉阻力指数(resistance index,RI)、搏动指数(pulsati
