摘要:
目的探讨高强度聚焦超声联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统对子宫腺肌病患者血清糖类抗原125(carbohydrate antigen 125,CA 125)、抗子宫内膜抗体(anti endometrial antibody,EMAb)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,HGB)及卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2017年10月威海市妇幼保健院收治的90例子宫腺肌病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用高强度聚焦超声治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗。采用
