目的探讨三维超声定量指标评估对体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)中发生卵巢过度刺激综合征(ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)的预测价值。方法回顾性分析2016年10月至2018年4月就诊于南京中医药大学附属医院生殖医学科、接受IVF-ET治疗的不孕症患者,将发生OHSS的45例作为观察组,随机选取同期接受治疗但未发生OHSS的45例为对照组。在进行IVF-ET治疗前的早卵泡期,
