摘要:
目的评估过氧化物酶抗体阳性但无明显甲状腺功能障碍的孕妇妊娠结局,并探索左旋甲状腺素(levothyroxine, L-T4)治疗对妊娠结局及围产儿的影响。 方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月在苏州市第九人民医院(原吴江区第一人民院)诊断并分娩的131例单纯甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(thyroid peroxidase antibody, TPOAb)阳性孕妇,根据患者就诊顺序随机分为A组和B组, A组给予L-T4治疗(66例),B组未予L-T4治疗(65例)。同时采用等距随机抽样方法选取同期在我院产检并分
