摘要:
目的探讨高强度聚焦超声 (high intensity focused ultrasound, HIFU)联合宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下大肌瘤的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2016年6月至2017年12月佛山市妇幼保健院诊治的30例子宫黏膜下大肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。对照组直接行宫腔镜电切术,观察组先采用HIFU治疗,1个月后再行宫腔镜电切术。比较两组宫腔镜手术时间、术中出血量、灌流量出入差及手术并发症等。结果对照组和观察组的手术时间分别为(8393±2465
