摘要:
目的 探讨米索前列醇与COOK宫颈球囊对低宫颈评分孕妇促宫颈成熟效果及引产结局的影响。方法选取深圳市宝安区松岗人民医院2015年5月至2017年1月有引产指征的头位初产妇400例，根据采用的促宫颈成熟方法分为米索前列醇组与COOK球囊组，各200例。观察两组治疗前后Bishop评分、阴道分娩率、引产成功率、产褥感染率、母婴妊娠结局、不良事件发生率等。结果促宫颈成熟前米索前列醇组与COOK球囊组Bishop评分分别为（1.99±0.29）分和（1.95±0.34）分，差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。两组促
