摘要:
目的探讨子宫腺肉瘤临床特点、诊断、治疗和预后。方法回顾性分析2010～2018年北京妇产医院收治的16例子宫腺肉瘤患者的临床资料，分析子宫腺肉瘤的特点。结果患者年龄19～63岁，主要临床表现为异常阴道出血和腹痛，主要体征是子宫增大。辅助检查表现不典型。术前2例误诊为子宫肌瘤，1例误诊为子宫内膜息肉，余13例术前均诊断为子宫恶性肿瘤。16例患者均接受了手术治疗，8例患者予辅助化疗或放疗。随访1～77个月，3例复发，其中2例因疾病进展去世,12例无进展生存，1例去世，死因不详。结论子宫腺肉瘤缺乏特异性临床表现
