摘要:
目的通过探讨子痫前期患者外周血内皮细胞微粒(endothelial microparticles,EMPs)与CD 8+ CD 25+ FoxP 3+ 调节T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)之间关系,阐明EMPs对Treg功能影响及其在子痫前期发病过程中的机制。方法选取2017年6月至2018年5月在上海市嘉定区妇幼保健院行产检的子痫前期孕妇60例为研究组,其中38例非重度子痫前期患者为A组,22例重度子痫前期患者为B组;同时随机选取60例健康孕妇为对照组。收集所有孕妇外周血,应用流式
