摘要:
目的探讨不同的脱颗粒细胞与卵胞浆内单精子显微注射技术(intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)时间间隔对新鲜周期ICSI妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析邢台不孕不育专科医院/邢台生殖与遗传专科医院生殖中心2017~2018年行新鲜周期ICSI-ET患者的临床资料，共371个周期。根据脱颗粒细胞与ICSI时间间隔分为3组：A组（64个周期）：t≤1 h组，B组（133个周期）：1 h＜t≤2 h组。C组（174个周期）：t＞2 h组。分别比较不同的脱颗粒细胞与ICSI时间间隔对妊娠结局的影响。结果3组基本资料、2 PN受精率、2 PN卵裂率、可用胚胎率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞005）。A组和B组的妊娠率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞005），但两组和C组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜005）；A组的种植率高于B组和C组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜005），但B组和C组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞005）；3组流产率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞005）。 结论卵母细胞脱颗粒后2 h内行ICSI能够获得较好的妊娠结局，且1 h内操作妊娠结局更好。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of different intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) time intervals on the outcome of fresh-cycle ICSI pregnancy. MethodsThe clinical data of ICSI-ET patients in fresh cycles from 2017 to 2018 in Center of Ｒeproductive Medicine,Xingtai Infertility Specialist Hospital/Xingtai Reproduction and Genetics Specialist Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the time interval of degranulation cells and ICSI, it was divided into 3 groups: group A (64 cycles): t≤1 h group, group B (133 cycles): 1 h 2 h group. The effects of different degranulation cells and ICSI intervals on pregnancy outcomes were compared. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the basic data of the three groups (P>005). There was no significant difference in the 2 PN fertilization rate, 2 PN cleavage rate, and available embryo rate in the 3 groups (P> 005). There was no significant difference in the pregnancy rates between group A and group B, but there were statistically significant differences between the two groups and group C (P<005). The difference was statistically significant (P<005), but the difference between group B and group C was not statistically significant (P>005); the comparison of abortion rates among the three groups was not statistically significant (P>005). ConclusionICSI can achieve better pregnancy outcomes within 2 h after oocyte degranulation, and it is better to manipulate pregnancy outcomes within 1 h.
