摘要:
目的探讨问卷星平台（https://www.wjx.cn）在女性更年期门诊中的应用价值。方法对2018年10月至2019年10月在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院更年期专病门诊就诊患者进行调查，患者在候诊区自行扫描二维码、手机答题，提交后自动生成测评分数，就诊时告知医生并记录在病历中，并填写满意度调查。问卷采集结束后，采用自带功能进行统计分析 ，相关工作人员填写反馈意见。结果问卷包括3部分、150个题目。 第一部分为自评量表，形式为单选题和矩阵量表。绑定题目设置维度后可分别评分，并自动给出诊断和建议；第二部分为内科合并症及用药情况调查，共95道题；第三部分为临床研究预调查，共18道题。形式为单选题、多选题和填空题，包括逻辑跳转和段落说明 。共回收473份答卷，平均用时（2161±1543）min。其中54份答卷（1149 %，54/470）需要解答或协助完成。满意度调查显示，9638 %患者认为问卷星容易操作。9825 %患者认为就诊前答题有助于与医生沟通。工作人员认为问卷星可缩短问诊时间、判断严重程度、识别重症患者，但更复杂的量表无法通过问卷星实现； 用药情况调查较好地反映了用药现状，可用于设计用药指导手册。结论问卷星简单、易用，可用于更年期门诊日常诊疗，有助于提高工作效率和患者满意度。有针对性的调查问卷可以在不增加工作量的同时作为临床和科研工作的有力补充。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application value of questionnaire “Wen Juan Xing” platform (https://www.wjx.cn) in female climacteric clinic.MethodsA survey was conducted on the outpatients of climacteric diseases in Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from October 2018 to October 2019. All the patients scanned the Qr code and answered questions on their own cell phone, then scores were generated automatically, and recorded in the medical record. After the collection of the questionnaire, the statistical analysis was carried out with its own function.ResultsThe questionnaire consisted of 3 parts and 150 questions. The first part was the selfrating scale, in the form of singlechoice questions and matrix scale. After bounding the questions, scores can be generated separately, and diagnosis and suggestions can be given automatically. The second part was the investigation of internal medical complications and drug use, a total of 95 questions. The third part was the clinical research presurvey, a total of 18 questions, in the form of singlechoice questions, multiplechoice questions and fillintheblank questions, including logical jump and paragraph description. A total of 473 papers were collected, with an average time of （2161±1543） minutes. Of these, 54 patients (1149 %) needed answers or assistance. The satisfaction survey showed that 9638 % of the patients thought the questionnaire star was easy to operate. 9825 % of the patients thought that answering questions before seeing a doctor can help to communicate with the doctor. The staff thought that the questionnaire can shorten the consultation time, judge the severity and identify the critically ill patients, but the more complex scales could not be achieved through the “Wen Juan Xing” platform; the drug use survey reflected the current situation of drug use well ,could be used to design the medication guide manual.ConclusionThe “Wen Juan Xing” platform can be simply and easily used in the routine in climacteric clinic, which is helpful to improve work efficiency and patient satisfaction. Targeted questionnaires can be used as a powerful supplement to clinical and scientific research without increasing the workload.
