摘要:
目的探讨辅助生殖技术中培养液提前1 d低氧环境(5 % 氧气浓度)平衡对体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)或卵胞浆内单精子注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection, ICSI)胚胎发育潜能及妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析邢台不孕不育专科医院生殖中心2018年8月至2019年5月行IVF和ICSI的629个周期。所有胚胎囊胚培养均为低氧(5 % 氧气浓度)培养,根据培养液平衡环境将其分为低氧平衡组(320例)和大气氧平衡组(309例)。比较两组间的卵裂率、可用胚率、可用囊胚形成率、妊娠率和种植率。结果大气氧平衡组的胚胎移植数目高于低氧组(P<005),低氧平衡组的可用胚胎率(4271 %)、可用囊胚形成率(4042 %)及移植优质胚胎周期率(6514 %)均高于大气氧平衡组(3863 %、3278 %、5952%)(P<005),两组临床妊娠率(6468 % vs 6381%)和种植率(5012 % vs 4642%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>005),但低氧平衡组有增高的趋势。结论培养液低氧平衡能够提高胚胎的质量,有利于降低移植数目,妊娠率和种植率有增高趋势。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of medium incubated with low oxygen(5 % oxygen concentration)on embryo development potential and pregnancy outcomes in vitro fertilisation/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI).MethodsRetrospectively analyzed 629 IVF/ ICSIET cycles from August 2018 to May 2019 in Reproductive Center,Xingtai Infertility Specialist Hospitals.All the embryos were cultured in low oxygen. According to the environment of cultured medium ,the patients were placed in the low oxygen group (320 cycles) and atmospheric oxygen group (309 cycles). The cleavage rate,the vailable embryo rate,the available blastocyst formation rate,the pregnancy rate and the implantation rate were compared between two groups.ResultsThe number of embryo transferred in the atmospheric oxygen group was higher than that in the low oxygen group (P<005). The available embryo rate (4271 %), available blastocyst formation rate (4042 %), and highquality embryo cycle rate (6514 %) in the low oxygen group were higher than those in the atmospheric oxygen group (3863 %,3278 %,5952 %)(P<005).There were no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate (6468 % vs 6381 %) and implantation rate (5012 % vs 4642 %) between the two groups (P>005), but the low oxygen group had an increasing trend.ConclusionMedium cultured in the low oxygen(5 % oxygen concentration) can enhance the embryo quality and reduce the embryo transfer number,the pregnancy rate and the implantation rate have a tendency of going up.
