摘要:
目的研究新型尿管留置功能裤在妇科手术患者导尿管留置过程中的使用效果。方法选择2019年5～9月上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院妇科择期手术患者120例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组，各60例。对照组使用传统手术裤，观察组使用新型尿管留置功能裤，比较两组患者留置导尿管期间及导尿管护理时的舒适度、尿管压管率、尿管固定规范率以及护士会阴护理耗时等情况。结果患者留置导尿管期间及导尿管护理时舒适度视觉模拟尺评分，观察组［（145±105）分、（167±122）分］与对照组［（277±117）分、（272±134）分］比较，差异有统计学意义（P<005）；观察组导尿管压管率、导尿管固定规范率、会阴护理耗时（5 %、100 %、（20 ±047）min］与对照组［75 %、83 %、（249±063）min］比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<005）。结论新型尿管留置功能裤可提高妇科手术患者导尿管留置期间的舒适度，降低患者卧床期间压管率，规范患者下床活动导尿管固定位置以防止尿液逆流的发生，节约会阴护理的时间，提高护士工作效率。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effect of new urinary catheter indwelling functional pants on urinary catheter indwelling in patients with gynecological surgery.MethodsA total of 120 patients undergoing elective surgery in the gynecology department of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from May to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects. Random number table method was used to divide patients into two groups,60 cases in each group. The control group used traditional surgical pants, the observation group used new urinary indwelling functional pants, compared the comfort between two groups during placing a urinary catheter, the rate of urine pipe was pressured, the standard rate of urine tube fixed and time-consuming of perineum nursing.ResultsDuring the period of indwelling catheter and the nursing care of the catheter, the visual analog scale score of the comfort level was compared between the observation group ［(145±105)points,(167±122)points］ and the control group ［(277±117)points,(272±134)points］，the differences were statistically significant (P<005);and the rate of urine pipe was pressured,the standard rate of urine tube fixed and timeconsuming of perineum nursing were with significant statistical difference between experimental group［5 %,100 %,（20±047）min］and control group［75 %,83 %,（249±063）min］（P<005）.ConclusionThe catheter indwelling pants can improve the gynecologic surgery patients′ comfort during placing urinary catheter, reduce the rate of urine pipe was pressured during patients lie in bed and standardize catheter fixed position to prevent urine adverse flow, save the time of perineum nursing, improve the working efficiency of nurses.
