摘要:
目的系统比较宫铜300宫内节育器（intrauterine device, IUD）与不同类型IUD的使用相关终止情况。方法通过文献检索PubMed、EMBASE、CENTRAL等9种数据库收集宫铜300与不同类型含铜IUD比较的相关文献，根据循证医学的纳入与排除标准筛选出符合要求的随机对照实验文献（randomized controlled trial,RCT）。采用Open Meta-analyst和RevMan 533软件进行数据的分析与合并。结果共检索到6 062篇中英文文献，最终纳入涉及使用相关终止结局指标的20篇文献，分析结果显示宫铜300与使用相关终止方面：① 1年随访时：宫铜300与使用相关终止率显著高于TCu 220 C、活性γ型、MCu功能型；② 2年随访时：宫铜300与使用相关终止率显著高于MCu功能型；③ 5年和10年随访时：宫铜300与使用相关终止率显著低于TCu 380 A；④ 随着IUD使用年限的增加，与使用相关终止率呈逐年上升趋势，但在36个月以后这种趋势趋于稳定。结论宫铜300短期使用的相关终止率高于TCu 220 C、活性γ型、MCu功能型，长期使用低于TCu 380 A；随着使用年限的增加，与使用相关终止率也逐渐增加。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the use-related discontinuation rate between uterine cavity shaped device Cu300 (UCD Cu300) and other intrauterine devices (IUD).Methods9 databases were searched from PubMed, EMBASE,CENTRAL etc. The inclusion and exclusion criteria were set according to the PICOS principle, and using Open Meta-analyst and RevMan 5.3.3 to analyze the data. Results20 papers were included to analyze the use-related discontinuation rate from 6 062 papers of UCD Cu300. And the results showed that: ① The use-related discontinuation rate of UCD Cu300 was higher than TCu 220 C, active γ, and MCu in the 1 year follow-up; ②The use-related discontinuation rate of UCD Cu300 was higher than MCu in the 2 years follow-up. ③ The use-related discontinuation rate of UCD Cu300 was lower than TCu 380 A in the 5 and 10 yeas follow-up. ④ The use-related discontinuation rate was improved from the using months, and tends to be stable in the next 36 months. ConclusionThe use-related discontinuation rate of UCD Cu300 is higher than TCu 220 C, active γ and MCu in short term, lower than TCu 380 A in long term and gradually increases with the number of years of use.
