摘要:
目的研究剖宫产手术预防性使用抗菌药物的最佳时机,为预防产妇术后感染,减少药物对新生儿的影响提供临床依据。 方法将2015年在内江市第二人民医院产科住院行剖宫产的266例孕妇按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组。研究组132例,切皮前30~60 min静脉滴注头孢唑啉;对照组134例,结扎脐带后静脉滴注头孢唑啉,两组术后q 8 h静脉滴注头孢唑啉3次,比较两组的临床效果。结果两组术后感染率、新生儿住院率比较差异无统计学意义(P>005)。研究组入住新生儿病房的新生儿平均住院天数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论抗菌药物预防使用的时机对产妇的影响不明显,而术前使用能缩短新生儿的住院时间,因此建议术前预防性使用抗菌药物。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the optimal timing of prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in cesarean section, to provide evidence for the prevention of maternal postoperative infection and to reduce the impact of drugs on newborns. Methods300 pregnant women who were hospitalized at Neijiang Second People's Hospital in 2015 were divided into study group and control group according to random number method. 266 cases were excluded due to incomplete data. 132 cases were in the study group and intravenous infusion of cefazolin were 30 ~ 60 min before incision; 134 cases were in the control group and intravenous infusion of cefazolin were after ligation of umbilical cord.Q8h intravenous infusion of cefazolin 3 times and compared the differences between the two groups. ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups in the postoperative infection rate and the hospitalization rate of newborns (P> 005). The average hospital stay of newborns admitted to neonatal ward of the study group was less than that of the control group (P<005). ConclusionThe impact of the time to use antimicrobial prophylaxis on maternal is not obvious, but preoperative use can significantly shorten the hospital stay of newborns.Thus the use of preoperative prophylactic antibiotics is recommended.
