摘要:
宫颈癌(cervical cancer,CC)是女性常见恶性肿瘤,严重影响女性生活质量。目前已有证据表明,人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)是宫颈癌发生的重要因素。微小RNA(micro-RNA,miRNA)是一类非编码的小RNA,广泛存在于真核生物体中,并参与多种生物学过程的调节,近年来,已发现多种与宫颈癌相关的miRNA在转录组水平参与宫颈癌的侵袭过程。为寻找有效的靶向诊断方法和治疗方案,改善宫颈癌患者的生存质量,本文就 miRNA在 HPV 感染所致宫颈癌中的侵袭作用及其靶向调节细胞增殖的研究进展予以综述。
