摘要:
辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology, ART)已普遍用于治疗人类不孕症,目前全球范围内已诞生500多万试管婴儿,ART的成功率倍受临床医生关注。肥胖、多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome ,PCOS)、男性睾丸因素、体外受精-胚胎移植技术(in vitro fertilization ,IVF)手术后体内的代谢变化、早孕期间胎盘是否缺氧等因素对ART成功率影响较大,相关的实验研究越来越多。研究发现,在对比肥胖或者超重不孕患者与正常体重不孕患者的卵母细胞基因表达中存在差异,其中硫氧还蛋白互相作用蛋白(thioredoxin-interacting-protein,TXNIP)基因属于下调基因;PCOS不孕患者与非PCOS患者比较发现前者血清 TXNIP 升高;在动物实验中也发现TXNIP与睾丸的生殖细胞关系密切。研究还表明IVF可能通过TXNIP基因表达失调导致代谢疾病,在早期胚胎发育中,TXNIP可能参与早期胎儿缺氧机制的调节。由此推测,TXNIP与生殖系统关系密切。TXNIP 在人体内具有多种生物学功能,包括对细胞增殖凋亡过程的诱导、转录过程的调节、影响机体应激反应、参与机体缺氧机制的调节等;TXNIP在卵巢中表达及其在卵泡发育中的调节作用,目前尚无明确报道,有待进一步研究。本文将结合国内外文献,综述TXNIP在生殖系统中的研究进展。
