摘要:
目的探讨男性不育症患者中血清高泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)与其它生殖激素之间的关系。方法选择2014年5月至2017年5月南京金陵中西医结合医院男性科男性不育症患者123例(不育组)和54例健康男性(对照组),测定其血清中垂体PRL、睾酮(testosterone,T)、促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)及雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平,并作统计学对比分析。结果不育组血清PRL、FSH及LH水平均高于对照组,而血清T水平低于对照组(P<005)。在不育组中,血清PRL水平与T水平呈负相关(r=-0501,P<001),与血清FSH呈正相关(r=0520,P<001),与LH呈正相关(r=0381,P<005),与E2无相关性(r=009,P>005)。结论血清高泌乳素可导致其它生殖激素异常改变,是男性不育的原因之一。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between hyperprolactin and reproductive hormones in male patients with infertility.Methods123 male patients with infertility in Nanjing Jinling Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected as infertile group and 54 health males were selected as control group.The levels of serum prolactin (PRL), testostone (T), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2) were measured. ResultsSerum levels of PRL,FSH and LH in infertile group were significantly higher than those in control group respectively.Serum T levels in infertile group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<005).The level of serum PRL had negative correlation with T in infertile group (r=-0501, P<001), and were positively correlated with FSH (r=0520, P<001), LH (r=0381, P<005) levels respectively,but were non-significantly associated with serum levels of E2 (r=009, P>005).ConclusionIncreased levels of serum PRL could lead to abnormal changes in reproductive hormones, and might be one of the causes of male infertility.
