摘要:
目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼治疗产后盆底功能障碍(pelvic floor dysfunction,PFD)的临床疗效。方法选取青岛市胶州中心医院2017年3月至2018年1月收治的120例产后PFD患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各60例,对照组采用盆底肌锻炼治疗,研究组采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼治疗。分析对比两组患者治疗前后盆底综合肌力分级情况、盆底检查结果、性生活水平以及盆底器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)分度。结果两组患者治疗前盆底综合肌力分级、性生活水平、POP分度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>005),治疗后两组均明显改善,且研究组情况优于对照组(P<005)。治疗后研究组子宫脱垂、尿失禁、阴道壁膨出、腰骶痛、会阴伤口疼痛等发生率(0、17 %、17 %、33 %、0)均低于对照组(83 %、117 %、117 %、133 %、100 %),差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼治疗PFD,有利于恢复产妇盆底综合肌力,提高产妇性生活水平,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD). Methods120 cases of postpartum PFD patients in Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscles exercise,and the study group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise. The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor examination results,sexual life,and pelvic organ prolapse (POP) index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the pelvic floor comprehensive muscle strength grading,sexual life level and POP index between the two groups before treatment (P>005). The two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<005). After treatment,the incidence of uterine prolapse,urinary incontinence,vaginal wall bulging,lumbosacral pain,and perineal wound pain in the study group (0, 17 %,17 %,33 %,0) were also significantly lower than the control group (83 %,117 %,117 %,133 %,100 %),the difference was statistically significant (P<005).ConclusionThe use of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training for PFD is beneficial to restore maternal pelvic floor muscle strength and improve maternal sexual life,which is worthy of clinical application.
