摘要:
目的评价宫颈扩张球囊联合静脉滴注催产素应用于瘢痕子宫阴道试产的安全性和有效性。方法选择高州市人民医院和茂名市中医院2017年4月至2018年9月40例瘢痕子宫足月妊娠引产孕妇，按随机数字表法分为两组，每组20例。研究组采用双球囊导管促宫颈成熟联合静脉滴注催产素诱导分娩，对照组静脉滴注催产素。比较两组促宫颈成熟和引产成功率、阴道分娩率、诱导分娩时间、总分娩时间、产后24 h出血总量、宫颈裂伤和产褥感染发生率及新生儿结局。结果研究组应用宫颈扩张球囊和对照组静脉滴注催产素12 h后，Bishop评分分别为（6
