摘要:
目的探讨ADP核糖基化因子GTP结合蛋白3(ADP ribosylation factor GTPase binding protein 3,ARFGAP 3)在小鼠盆底肌损伤模型中的表达变化以及在压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence, SUI)靶向治疗中的初步分析。方法选择雌性成年处鼠C 57 BL/6小鼠40只,随机分为5组,每组8只。根据造模后取材时间点的不同分为1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d组和对照组。造模采用经典的阴道扩张法模拟产伤构建盆底肌损伤小鼠模型,分别于
