摘要:
目的探索丹参酮IIA对人子宫内膜癌Ishikawa细胞增殖、凋亡和周期的影响。方法培养人子宫内膜癌Ishikawa细胞株，按照丹参酮IIA浓度的不同将实验分为5组，A组为空白对照组（0 μg/mL），B组为溶剂对照组（025 %DMSO），C组为低浓度组（1 μg/mL），D组为中浓度组(5 μg/mL)，E组为高浓度组（25 μg/mL）。通过处理不同时间（24 h、48 h、72 h）后，观察各组细胞的生长状态及形态学变化；采用CCK 8法检测各组细胞的体外增殖情况；采用Flow Cytometry
