摘要:
目的探索丹参酮IIA对人子宫内膜癌Ishikawa细胞增殖、凋亡和周期的影响。方法培养人子宫内膜癌Ishikawa细胞株,按照丹参酮IIA浓度的不同将实验分为5组,A组为空白对照组(0 μg/mL),B组为溶剂对照组(025 %DMSO),C组为低浓度组(1 μg/mL),D组为中浓度组(5 μg/mL),E组为高浓度组(25 μg/mL)。通过处理不同时间(24 h、48 h、72 h)后,观察各组细胞的生长状态及形态学变化;采用CCK 8法检测各组细胞的体外增殖情况;采用Flow Cytometry
